Camp Half-Blood

WELCOME TO CAMP HALF-BLOOD
Here is where most of the roleplays will take place, at the actual Camp. This forum includes everywhere within the magical boundaries of Camp Half-Blood.
RULES:
1.) Do your best to remain accurate with Greek Mythology.
2.) Be nice if someone doesn't know as much Greek Mythology as you.
3.) No children of the Big Three.
4.) Don't use characters from the novels/movie because it will get silly.
5.) Don't spoil the books.
6.) Have fun!
7.) Don't kill someone without asking.
8.) Make sure your username is your character unless you have multiple characters. This way we won't have to worry about font colors as much.
9.) No going into other person's cabins without permission.
10.) HAVE FUN OR ELSE WE WILL KILL YOU!
11.) Oh yeah, show respect.

I set my bag down on my bed, my roommates doing the same in their own bunks. I yawned, shaking my sandy brown hair out of my eyes and flashing a brilliant smile at myself in the mirror, my white teeth gleaming. I walked out into the grass in the middle of the cabins, with all the volleyball courts. I walked along the edge of the court towards the archery range, were I was going to spend my first day at camp, starting it off exactly the same as the past 3 summers I'd been here.

I hesitantly passed through the camp, looking around as I twisted the ring around my finger. I pulled my bag further up my shoulder, biting my lower lip and stopping in the center of the courtyard. I sighed, tugging delicately on the end of my braid. The surroundings touched my nerves and I felt my knees buckle and weaken a little. I blinked widely, now walking towards the cabin where Dionysus' kids were kept. I chewed on the inside of my cheek, passing in front of the archery range. I clipped a guy in the shoulder and my bag dropped to the ground. I cringed, ducking my head down and going to my knees to gather my stuff.
"Sorry," I mumbled quietly, looking up to find someone who seemed to strangely resemble the God Apollo.

"My bad," I said, also dropping down to help her pick up her belongings. She looked about my age, maybe older, but I didn't remember seeing her around Camp before. She didn't have a leather cord necklace like mine, so I figured she hadn't attended Camp Half-Blood in the past. I tried to guess who her parent was, but I wasn't sure. "Daughter of Hermes?" I asked her.

I shook my head, a few of the loose strands of my hair falling into my face. I brushed them away, standing back up.

I nervously tugged at my lip piercing while my eyes darted back and forth, taking in my new surroundings. I passed the volleyball court and the strawberry fields, until I saw all of the cabins in the distance. I shifted my backpack strap onto the other shoulder and continued walking until I came to the cabins, all lined up neatly. I then realized that I had no idea which one was my cabin, and I stood around awkwardly, looking for someone who looked like they could help me

"Sorry," I started, a little color rising to my cheeks. "I'm no son of Athena." I grinned at her, and noticed someone from the corner of my eye looking confused. "Hey," I called her, and waved her over. She looked about the same age as me as well. "Need help?" I could tell she was new as well. The way her wide, curious eyes were trying to take in everything between blinks was proof of that.

I walked over, lugging my heavy backpack filled with my clothes and precious belongings. "Um, yeah. Hi," I said, tucking some loose strands of hair behind my ear. "I was wondering if you could tell me what cabin I'd be in. I'm a daughter of Athena."

"Athena?" I asked, turning to her. With all the luggage she carried I figured she'd be an Aphrodite. "Cabin 6," I told her. "The one with the Owl." You'd think that being "smart" she'd know this already.
